Botox Treatments
Botox is a treatment for wrinkles that involves injections of botulinum toxin. The toxin blocks signals from the nerves to the muscles, preventing them from contracting. This relaxes and softens the facial muscles that cause frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. Botox does not work on wrinkles caused by sun damage or gravity. Botox injections are not a cure and need to be repeated periodically.
